As an experienced Manufacturing entity our team has procedural expertise in the procurement of the entire range of items required (Fabrics To Trims) We have an established procurement Department with a panel of trusted suppliers. We provide our buyers the flexibility to place the order only after they are satisfied with the quality of our products. We guarantee to provide you our best innovative products and with optimum quality.

We have an in-house design studio which keeps on researching and developing new products according to the latest trend.

Sampling            

Our sampling department works closely with the Client Servicing department the client representatives also advise sampling department according to the requirements of the buyer such as Stitching / Embellishment styles OR Customized Packaging Details.

Over the years we have developed several new cuts / designs & Fabrics with collaborations with our clients. Ranging from Blended Fabric for Pique Polo for Zero Shrinkage & Zero Color Fading to designing Baby wear Products with extra safety Features, discussed with clients. We strive to innovate and satisfy our clients and have developed a team which is Goal Oriented and strives to achieve and satisfy

Cutting

Rehman’s Knitwear takes pride in it’s Cutting Department. As the Primary phase of the garment development, Our Cutting Department is based on 4 independent Cutting Setups, each catering to different requirements to ensure smooth flow of overall production Operation.

Our Cutting Department works closely with the sampling and Client Servicing Department and gets constant status reports from the Stitching and Finishing Departments for optimized quality standards of the end product

Stitching

There are two Independent Stitching Departments Each Comprising a total of 70 Machines and a total production capacity of 4500 Pieces/Day

The production lines are fully integrated and operational with various types of powered sewing machines from Singer and Juki and other specialized machines.

Finishing

The end stage after sewing involves packing and sorting. This consists of a Checking Area, where each garment is individually examined and then proceeds to the Pressing Area. We are equipped with highly efficient Steam Iron equipment which provides consistent high quality results. At this stage any minor problems are closely searched for and filtered out if any. The packaging is done according to the customer’s preferences, including all labels, tags and other point of sale material as required. We ensure that all packing material used are compliant with the customer requirements.
